Adjacent to the Ironing Service Just Ask Jane’s incorporated a small quaint retro style diner and discount space within the shop. Jane found whilst she was busy ironing folk wanted to stay and chat to her ‘she laughs, I found myself becoming a ‘befriender, Agony Aunt, Problem solving wonder woman most days.
Adding a couple of tables and a few chairs combated a lot of loneliness and I found folk were entering the shop as strangers then leaving as friends. I serve quick hot and cold drinks and snacks and sell discounted items. Jane loves her job and likes to be a bit differen and unique which is the retro style feel and reflects withing the business
Everyone is welcome at Janes and she has retro music playing a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Just be yourself is Jane’s motto. Folk also love Jane’s Free Cake Fridays!
